A considered starting point

- Unsupported systems and unlicensed software

Business support FAQs
Planning the Right Support Arrangement
The final agreement records exactly what is covered, when support is available and how requests are prioritised.
How is managed support priced?
Pricing normally reflects users, devices, locations, systems, security products, support hours and required response levels. ARB provides a written quotation after reviewing the environment.
Are Microsoft 365 licences included?
Only when explicitly listed. Support, administration, Microsoft subscriptions and third-party products are shown separately or bundled clearly in the written quotation.
Does managed support include unlimited project work?
No. Day-to-day covered support is distinct from migrations, office moves, new deployments and major improvement projects, which are scoped separately.
Do you guarantee every issue will be resolved within a set time?
No responsible provider can guarantee that. Plans may include initial-response targets, while resolution depends on the fault, access, suppliers, replacement hardware and other dependencies.
Can ARB support a very small business?
Yes, subject to a minimum viable monthly service and a supportable environment. Pay-as-you-go assistance may be more suitable where ongoing managed support is unnecessary.
